East Coast Diesel was awarded the job due to UK CAT agent suggested replacement unit as this would be the usual procedure when such extensive work was required.

The owner of private vessel approached East Coast Diesel due to lack of assistance from CAT. Here at our works in Great Yarmouth a full stripdwon and report was supplied to the customer upon work commencing. This engine was overhauled with genuine CAT spares as requested due to lead time then was proved to be running efficiently and painted before installation into the pleasure craft. The overhauled was completed too a very high standard with a quick turnover so that the end user could enjoy the summer on his vessel.
